Notice is hereby given that the Town of Gila Bend will hold Elections as follows:

*Any candidate receiving a majority of all votes cast at the Primary Election will be declared elected without running at the General Election.
**House Bill 2785 is an emergency measure that makes numerous changes to the election process. It became effective on February 9, 2024, when Arizona Governor, Katie Hobbs, signed the bill into law. Changes to the Primary Election date also cause changes to other important dates as listed above, and then below in Spanish.
