All A Glow Christmas Light Parade

Sponsored in part by Arizona Public Service, the Town of Gila Bend's Christmas parade is comprised of floats and vehicles decked out in a dazzling display of lights, each float with a different theme. Parade entries include school clubs, local businesses, residents, community groups, the Gila Bend Fire Department, and of course, APS.

The parade usually begins just after sundown, and this year, the route will be along our main boulevard, Pima Street. It will end outside of the Community Center Park where spectators can enjoy a close-up look at the floats.

Tree Lighting Ceremony

The Town puts on a beautiful tree lighting ceremony around the first week of December to kick off the holiday season in Gila Bend. Santa arrives to help us light up the park and most of the trees in Community Center Park become a glowing spectacle of holiday spirit. Spectators can enjoy free hot chocolate and treats! The holiday lights continue in the park through the first week of January.

This year, the tree lighting will be held on Dec. 2nd, at 6:30PM.
