This is a fun, interactive class that teaches each participant fun, physical activities to do with their children, and new tips for healthy eating! Each participant will receive a class certificate and a free gift. For parents of children 0-5 yo. This class is provided by the SW Nutrition and Physical Activity Program along with the Gila Bend Family Resource Center.
