You are invited to participate in a series of nutrition classes that will be offered by and the University of Arizona, Maricopa County Cooperative Extension. The classes are free!! The following lessons will be offered: MyPlate, reading food labels, physical activity, stretching the food dollar. This is a series of 3 weekly classes starting August 13th from 9:00 am in Spanish and 10:30 am in English. Incentives provided, and door prizes for participants!
