NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT as stated above Public Meeting(s) will be held at the above referenced time, place, and location. The purpose of the Public Meetings are to inform residents of the proposed Minor Subdivision 18.01 (SUB 18.01):
Scott Swanson on behalf of North 78 RV Ventures dba Gila Bend KOA (North 78) and The Scott Swanson Living Trust (Swanson Trust) is requesting approval of the Gila Bend KOA Minor Land Division Final Plat (Minor Subdivision SUB 18.01). This proposal is to subdivide and reconfigure Assessor’s Parcel Number 402-25-003P located at 800 S Butterfield Trail. If approved, North 78 will have 38 acres (+/-_ parcel; and the Swanson Trust will have 2 separate 1-acre parcels.
Anyone wishing to appear is encouraged to attend. A hard copy of SUB 18.01 may be reviewed at Town hall located at 644 W Pima Street.
