Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431 & A.R.S. § 38-431.01(A) Public notice is hereby given that a quorum of the Mayor and Town Council & the Planning and Zoning Commission may be present at any Town sponsored event and/or function. The Town Council & Planning and Zoning Commission will not discuss, deliberate, propose, or take any legal action. Town sponsored events are included as part of this notice.
