Youth Soccer League Registration

This is the registration period for our Gila Bend Youth Soccer League. We have 2 divisions, Ages 5-8, and Ages 9-13. Late Registration is an added $25/player.

Please make sure to download and fill out the Registration Form, Code of Conduct, and Medical Release Form for each player. Turn these forms, along with your fee, into the Front Office Clerk at Town Hall.
