Consolidated Court System

With a mandate to administer justice in a fair, impartial, and professional manner, the Town of Gila Bend operates under a consolidated court format, in which the Maricopa County Court and the Ironwood Justice Court, Gila Bend's municipal court, share facilities, costs, and resources.

The Town of Gila Bend's municipal court works in partnership with the Maricopa County Justice Courts, as a consolidated court system, saving both governmental entities considerable funds, while maintaining localized, efficient services.
