Working closely with the Mayor and Council, the Town Manager's Office is responsible for the daily operation of the Town and is a strategic planning advisor to Council.  The Town Manager's office coordinates and oversees city departments, with a principal focus on aligning departmental activities with the goals and initiatives of the Council. Some of the Town Manager's responsibilities are:

• Administers local government projects and programs;
• Recruiting, hiring and supervising Town staff;
• Serving as the Town Council’s chief advisor;
• Carrying out the Town Council’s policies;
• Preparing a budget for the Town Council’s consideration;
• Oversight of the Human Capital Department
• Management of the Information Technology/Telecom Department
• Website Development and Administration
