The Finance Department is responsible for oversight and commanding strong fiscal stewardship of the public’s money. Some of services include, but are not limited to:
- Conformance to legal requirements and to generally accepted financial management principles
- Debt management and capital financing,
- Advisory support,
- Accounting and financial reporting,
- Procurement of materials and services,
- Treasury services,
- Risk and inventory management,
- Tax and licensing programs administration,
- Works closely with Town’s Financial Advisor, Piper Jaffray as a Continuous Improvement Initiative
